2015 Membership Opportunities

Proprietary Resident Membership
 Proprietary Resident Membership is available to those who own property or a home within The Loxahatchee Club community.
 Proprietary Resident Members have voting rights.
 Proprietary Members, their spouses, and immediate family (children under 25 years of age) have full use of all of the Club facilities, and are not required to pay greens fees.
 Special Offer - $75,000 Initiation Fee, limited to five new Proprietary Resident Members. $95,000 Initiation Fee applies thereafter.

Proprietary Non – Resident Membership
 A limited number of Proprietary Non - Resident Memberships are available to those that do not own property within The Loxahatchee Club community.
 Proprietary Non – Resident Members have full voting rights.
 Proprietary Members, their spouses, and immediate family (children under 25 years of age) have full use of all of the Club facilities, and are not required to pay greens fees.
 Special Offer - $60,000 Initiation Fee, limited to five new Proprietary Non-Resident Members, and two years of dues (club and capital) at $12,000/yr. $70,000 Initiation Fee applies thereafter and current Proprietary dues apply thereafter.

National Membership
 A non-bond holding Membership, with no voting rights, available to those under 60 or 65 (if still employed) that do not own property within 100 miles of The Club.
 Initiation Fee of $30,000.00 to be paid in five annual installments of $6,000.00. Fee is applied toward equity bond at the then going rate face value at the time of conversion to Proprietary status.
 Annual dues are $5,000 for five years and then 35% of the full dues thereafter.
 Responsible for 25% of the Food & Beverage Quarterly Service Charge
 Not responsible for the Quarterly Capital Contribution.
 Privileges include 30 days of golf in season and unlimited golf in the off season. National Members do not pay guest fees and have unlimited social privileges (dining, pool, tennis and Activities Center)
 Category limited to 15 Members.

Junior Membership
 A non-bond holding Membership, with no voting rights, available to those age 45 and under.
 Initiation fee of $25,000 paid over a five-year period. ($5,000 per year) The total $25,000 must be paid in full by age 45.
 Dues structure:
o Under the age of 40 – 35% of Proprietary Dues (Currently $5,232.50)
o Ages 40 – 45 – 50% of Proprietary Dues (Currently $7,475.00)
 Not responsible for the Quarterly Capital Contribution.
 Responsible to for the Food & Beverage Quarterly Service Charge.
 Junior Member must either purchase a Proprietary Membership or forgo paid initiation fees by their 46th birthday. Any membership initiation fees paid will be credited towards the purchase of a Proprietary Membership at the then current value.
 Full access to all amenities with no restrictions. Access extends to spouses, and immediate family (children under 25 years of age) have full use of all of the Club facilities, and are not required to pay greens fees.
 Junior Members may only covert to a Proprietary Member and current Proprietary Members and National Members may not convert to a Junior Membership.
 Category limited to 10 Members.

Food & Beverage Ala Carte Service Charge $150/quarterly
Trail Fees (Golf Cart Owners – Optional) $1,100/annually
Locker Fees (Optional) $100/annually

Homeowners’ Association
Bond – ($1,000 refundable) $7,500
Annual Dues $4,800/annually
Reserve $90/quarterly
