 Singer Island is home to many high rise buildings lining the oceanfront and are accompanied by ranch style homes with canal access leading straight out into the intracoastal.  The South side of Singer Island looks out over Peanut Island and the Southern tip gazes right upon the North End of the Island of Palm Beach. It's unusual to see a vacant lot rather homeowners will tear down and build new. 

   There are two ways to get onto the thin island.  From the North, PGA Boulevard takes you across the marsh right into the condo section.  The Blue Heron bridge brings you into the newly revitalized mall area and the single family homes.

  You may hear the locals talking about "The Resort"...The Marriott which is home to visitors and weekend residents.  The kids will enjoy the family pool with slides built into rock.  The "adult pool" is a great place to relax and enjoy the beach view and a cocktail.
