West Palm Beach El Cid

El Cid is one of West Palm's most sought after historic districts.  In the boom, locals were snapping up the older homes and renovating them beautifully.  Restoring a historic home takes time and a special type of detail.  The price range of this area currently falls between the high 300's for a small cottage to 3.5 million for a larger estate.  This area borders Flagler on the East and looks out beyond the water toward Palm Beach.  It's minutes from downtown West Palm Beach and a short drive to the airport but is not in the direct flight path.
